Bobol Rumah Seorang Nenek, Buruh Bangunan Gondol Uang Rp 50 Juta

Tersangka berinisial A-Y 31 tahun, warga RT 05 Desa Terjun Gajah, Kecamatan Betara Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Barat. Tidak tanggung-tanggung tersangka berhasil menggondol uang tunai sebesar 50 juta rupiah dan emas sebesar 15 mayam.
Kapolres Tanjab Barat AKBP Guntur Saputro mengatakan, pencurian terjadi pada Jumat 21 Februari 2020, dengan korban bernama nenek Rugayah 56 tahun warga RT 16 kelurahan Tungkal III, Kecamatan Tungkal Ilir. Tersangka membobol rumah korban bermodalkan sebuah alat pahat.
Tersangka A-Y saat itu tengah bekerja memperbaiki rumah tetangga korban. Kemudian tersangka tergiur melihat harta korban, dan membobol rumah dengan cara merusak plafon yang terbuat dari GRC. Tersangka dengan leluasa beraksi memanfaatkan kondisi rumah yang tengah kosong, saat nenek Rugayah yang tinggal seorang diri tersebut tidak berada di rumah.
Dari hasil penyelidikan, pelaku kemudian ditangkap di rumahnya di Desa Terjun Gajah tanpa perlawanan. Dari hasil pemeriksaan dan tindak lanjut, diketahui tersangka menggunakan uang hasil curian tersebut untuk modal judi online. Hal ini berdasarkan rekapan transaksi rekening tersangka dari 23 Februari hingga 29 Februari 2020. Di rekening tersebut terjadi transaksi judi online yang menghabiskan total sebesar 63 juta rupiah. Atas perbuatannya, tersangka dijerat dengan pasal 363 KUHP dengan ancaman kurungan penjara selama 7 tahun. (Sry)
