Dikabarkan melalui pesan singkat kepada JEKTV dan sekitarjambi.com oleh Sekretaris Sektor 1 Mekah Muhammad Bafadhal dan Tim Kesehatan Haji Indonesia dr. Yogi, JCH atas nama Muslimin Musthofa Sholha dengan nomor paspor C0454147 meninggal pada 31 Juli Pukul 16.45 Waktu Arab Saudi.
Jemaah Muslimin mulanya dirawat di RS King Faishal Arab Saudi sejak 30 Juli 2019 Pukul 04.00 WAS, dengan keluhan nyeri perut dan lemas. Namun nasib berkata lain, jemaah tersebut telah menghembuskan nafas terakhir.
Muslimin Musthofa Sholha merupakan JCH yang tergabung dalam Kloter 21 BTH asal Kota Jambi, yang berangkat ke tanah suci pada 25 Juli 2019 dini hari bersama rombongan.
