Di Sarolangun, Polisi Baku Tembak Dengan Pelaku Begal
sekitarjambi.com – Sarolangun, Aksi begal atau kejahatan dengan cara mengambil paksa milik orang lain terjadi di wilayah hukum Polres Sarolangun. Pihak kepolisian dari Polsek Sarolangun melakukan pengejaran dengan pelaku yang berusaha melarikan diri. Sempat terjadi aksi baku tembak. Kejadian tersebut terjadi di tepian Sungai Tembesi, Simpang Jambi, Kabupaten Sarolangun sekira pukul 14.30 WIB.
Berdasarkan informasi yang dihimpun, pelaku perampokan awalnya lari dari kejaran aparat kepolisian dari Desa Bernai hingga Simpang Jambi. Akhirnya pelaku menabrak seorang wanita dengan mengendarai motor matic berwarna putih biru.
Selanjutnya pelaku berlari menghampiri salah satu motor tukang ojek warga ladang panjang bernama Fi’i. Kemudian pelaku merampas sepeda motor bebek dan melakukan pemukulan dengan pistol rakitan ke kepala korban hingga terjatuh.
Menurut warga yang melihat kejadian, pelaku berjumlah dua orang. Namun satu pelaku melarikan sepeda motor tukang ojek, dan satunya lagi terjun ke sungai dengan melakukan penembakan kearah aparat. Pelaku diketahui bernama Kamal yang merupakan warga Terawas Lubuk Linggau da kini telah diamankan pihak Polsek Kota Sarolangun. Sementara satu pelaku lainnya masih dalam pengejaran. (Asr)
