Akibat Pandemi Covid-19, Harga Minyak Dunia Anjlok
sekitarjambi.com – Kota Jambi, Satuan kerja khusus pelaksana kegiatan usaha hulu minyak dan GAS bumi (SKK Migas) mencatat, pada kuartal 1 tahun 2020 ini rerata lifting minyak bumi sebesar 701,6 ribu barel per hari. Angka ini sekira 92,9 persen dari target APBN, sebesar 755 ribu BOPD.
Untuk GAS bumi, liftingnya sebesar 5.866 juta standar kaki kubik per hari, atau 87,9 persen dari target APBN sebesar 6.670 MMSCFD. Secara kumulatif, lifting Migas sebesar 1,749 juta barel setara minyak per hari, atau sekitar 90,4 persen dari target APBN sebesar 1,946 juta barel setara minyak per hari.
Kepala SKK Migas Dwi Soetjipto menyebut sangat berat mencapai lifting Migas sesuai target APBN 2020. Lifting Migas akan semakin tertekan, diakibatkan oleh pandemi virus corona, dan rendahnya harga minyak. ”Ini menyebabkan terpukulnya lifting Migas karena permintan yang ada juga ikut menurun,” jelasnya dalam FGD Virtual beberapa waktu lalu.
Rendahnya harga minyak sejak Februari 2020, kemudian dibarengi oleh penyebaran virus corona mulai mempengaruhi kegiatan Hulu Migas, baik operasional, pelaksanaan proyek, maupun penyerapan GAS. Pada kegiatan operasional hulu Migas, pencegahan penyebaran virus corona membuat transportasi material, dan inspeksi kinerja peralatan atau fasilitas lebih lama, produktivitas engineering, dan konstruksi menjadi lebih rendah, karena pergerakan tenaga kerja yang terbatas.
