Waduh, Paut Syakarin Mangkir Dari Panggilan KPK
sekitarjambi.com – Kota Jambi, Kamis (19/12/2019), sidang lanjutan terdakwa Sufardi Nurzain, Elhelwi dan Gusrizal kembali menghadirkan beberapa saksi. Saksi yang diminta hadir dengan JPU KPK untuk persidangan ada tujuh orang. Yakni Kusnindar, Zaenal Abidin, Effendi Hatta, Paut Syakarin, Musa Effendi, Andi Putra Wijaya alias Andi Kerinci, dan Dodi Irawan.
Menariknya, dari tujuh orang saksi, hanya ada seorang saksi yang tidak hadir memenuhi panggilan. Jaksa Penuntut Umum (JPU) KPK, Feby Dwiyandos dihadapan hakim mengatakan, jika seorang tersebut atas nama Paut Syakarin. Feby juga tidak mengetahui alasan Paut tidak hadir. “Dari tujuh orang saksi, tidak hadir cuma Paut Syakirin yang mulia, kami juga tidak mendapatkan keterangan dari ketidakhadirannya,” ujar Feby.
Dikarenakan hal tersebut, maka JPU KPK hanya menghadirkan lima orang saksi dalam persidangan ini. Sementara Dody Irawan tidak dihadirkan dalam persidangan, karena Dody sendiri merupakan saksi yang dikonfrontasi.(Fa)
